In the case of Nash Street, LLC v. Main Street America Assurance Co., the Connecticut Supreme Court sided with SDV and concluded that, under Connecticut law, an insurer owes a duty to defend when the meaning of an insurance policy exclusion at issue is unsettled law in Connecticut and is subject to differing interpretations by courts in other jurisdictions.
